How to Shop Online

Our online product catalog contains all of our products.  On the left are the product categories, select a category to see a summary of each item within.  For more detail, simply click on a speific product.

Beside each item on the category pages is a small text box and a "Buy Now!" button, or there is a "Add to Cart" button on each products detail page.  Either allows  you to type in the quantity desired and continue to Checkout.  Or click Continue Shopping and your order will be saved until you are ready to checkout.  If you ever wish to view the contents of your cart without adding an item, click "Cart Contents", "Shopping Cart" or "View Cart" button which is located at the top right of every page.

There are several methods of payment from which you may choose when you check out.  These are described in more detail below. All credit card details are collected using a secure server.  If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet, feel free to choose a different option.

You will be sent an e-mail receipt when we receive your order.

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  You can expect to receive your order within 3 business days from the date it was shipped.  Shipping rates are based on weight and distance and will be calculated during your orders checkout.

Payment Methods

Credit Card - We accept MasterCard and Visa.  To use this option while placing an order online, select the "credit card" option on the payments page.  We can also accept credit card information over the phone. It is not advisable to send credit card numbers via e-mail.

Check or Money Order - If you wish, you can mail us a check for the amount of your order.  When we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

Policies

Returns - Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Damage Claims - If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please call us immediately.  We will process the claim with the carrier.

Delivery - Our turnaround time is typically 48 hours, however you may experience a short delay during busy times of the year.  Because our products are handcrafted, we may be out of stock of a particular item.  You will be notified if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item or put it on backorder.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.  If this occurs, we will refund your full purchase price.
